To verify submission integrity, prevent fraud, and comply with tax credit verification standards, we collect specific data points during your session:
  • Form 8850 Data: Full name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, street address, and answers to eligibility questions.
  • IP Address: Automatically logged upon visiting and completing the form to track network origin.
  • Geolocation Data: Physical location details captured at the time of submission to verify geographic compliance and authenticate identity.
3. Use and Sharing of Data
By submitting your information, you grant us the right to process and share your data, including metadata like IP address and geolocation, with:
  • The prospective or current employer associated with the WOTC screening request.
  • State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) responsible for processing WOTC certifications.
  • Authorized third-party compliance administrators assisting with the tax credit process.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal metadata or form information to third-party marketing networks.
4. User Consent and Electronic Signature
By checking the agreement box and using this online form, you explicitly consent to:
  • The tracking, recording, and storage of your IP address and geolocation data for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes.
  • The processing of your personal tax credit information via digital means.
